- Advising a UHNW UK-based art collector on the loan and touring of part of a private collection to museums outside the UK.
- Advising a non-UK individual on negotiations with insurers following the recovery of a modern masterpiece which had been stolen and missing for over 20 years.
- Advising institutional and private clients on the impact of Brexit in respect of moving works of art and import duty within the EU.
- Advising the trustees of an offshore trust on the purchase of an important modernist work from a leading London art dealer.
- Advising London and international luxury retail galleries on reputational issues including dealing with mainstream media (UK and abroad) and authenticity questions.
- Advising an international private bank on a several hundred-million-pound investment loan secured by a unique art collection.
